Today's project

Or should I say projects...

First off, since I've been sick I've been carring around a little packet of tissues. I made this little holder for them, so they wouldn't be all sad and alone in my purse. I pulled the tissue out, but it closes nicely when I'm not showing it off...

Secondly, we're going to a basketball game tonight and I wanted a new purse. Yes, I need a new purse for a basketball game. The fabric is Alexander Henry's "Kleo" in chocolate. Yummy! It's pretty simple. I put a little base of plain brown fabric and boxed the corners. The interior is brown as well with two pockets. It has a red vintage button closure. I like the tote length handles.
Now that I have a new purse, I put together a little wallet with some of the remaining fabric, and button.
The button is just for show though, it has a velcro closure. Snug as a bug.
Now... What to do with the rest of the day...

How awesome are you? Seriously. How many women do you think will ask about your purse? 10? I am betting 4-7.

That is really pretty! I can't believe (well I CAN) you just throw this stuff together. You have a serious talent here.

When I throw together a purse it's a ziplock baggie that'll scrunch into my pocket. Tissue holder...same thing.
