My aching back.

This morning I went to a Barbell Strength class at the gym.

Note to self- next time divide the amount of weight the instructor uses in half for personal use.

I am so with you on that, I am a big, fat whimp when it comes to weights! My goal for the tri off season is to up the run miles and develop some upper body strength!
