Here in Minnesota they're expecting 80% turnout this year - something not seen in 50 years.
And that's a shame.
My plan today?
Go to the gym.
Work on a quilt.
Pick up my kids at 1:30 and take them to the polls with me.
They are terribly excited.
So am I.

after i got to the polls here, i wished i'd taken my monkey with me. for this, she can be late to school.
