I am so thankful. So, so thankful.

Today's meal went off without a hitch.

And the brine? Totally worth it.

I overheard my MIL ask my husband, "Now, exactly what did she do? That's the most moist turkey I've ever had."

High praise indeed.

Now... Off to whip the cream. It's Pie Time.

I am so excited to hear the brined turkey was worth it!!! How exactly did you do it?

Also, thank you for the step by step instructions on the yeast rolls. They were a hit. I did not double the recipe, thank goodness!
