I've assured them they don't have to nap, just 'rest.'

They can read or quietly play.

And they may just fall asleep in the process.
I'm going to insist on quiet time until mine enter kindergarten! For mommy's well-being (and grandma's too).
We totally do quiet time too. Mama needs it just as much as Declan.
