Hump Day
Busy day.
My parents came yesterday and will leave tomorrow. Trying to cram in as much as we can while they're here...
Dad and I managed a four mile run today. We were going to go outside, but it was cold and rainy - very different from the 80 degree Monday we had. Managed 4 miles in 47 minutes. Goal was 48, so I'm pretty excited.
The five of us went to have lunch with the Big Girl at school. Foot long hot dogs. Yikes.
Mom and I found Easter dresses and shoes for the girls. Also found a pair of 'handsome' shoes for the boy. In all, we procured 5 pair of shoes for 3 kids. The boy's play shoes were pretty much shot - his toes could almost be seen peeking out the front. Found some cute camo tennies for the Big Girl - she loved them.
Swimming lessons today. Kids did amazing; I just can't believe how fast they're learning. Could these possibly be the same kids that clung to me in their very early years?
Nice tonight in that after dinner all I wanted to do was lay down. Not enough sleep the night before + the run = tired. So I did. Grandma and Grandpa got the kids to bed while I vegged out in front of the tv in the basement. Very, very nice.
Tomorrow I need to find something for me to wear for Easter. Fortunately, I'll be able to do this by myself before my parents have to leave at lunch. Very, very nice. I may even try things on in the dressing room, versus buying several things, trying them on at home, and returning what doesn't fit.
Not much else going on...

YAY for your parents being there. And for finding shoes & dresses. I was at Target & Gap yesterday and saw a ton of cute things for girls. Cannot wait until J is old enough to dress in something more than a onesie + pants.
Good job on your run! And I am really glad you had a chance to veg last night. I cannot wait to hear how your shopping went this morning.
