Before and After - Kitchen Cabinet

This project took an afternoon (3ish hours). I ended up rearranging three cabinets in the process, as I didn't want to get rid of anything. I still have my Fiestaware, just tucked away for another day. I took the time to wipe down and turn over the shelves. I also put down new shelf liner.

The cost on the project was $25 - a new set of dishes and coffee cups from IKEA. The dishes were $19 (six each dinner plates, salad plates, and bowls) and the cups $6 (set of six cups and saucers). Not that I needed new dishes, but all the color was leading to mental clutter and I was ready for a change. If you look closely, on the middle shelf, you'll see the "Good" dishes. The china. They're out and ready to be used. I figure if we have more than six people over, it's a big deal and deserves the china. That and they're dishwasher safe, so why not?
