I should be in bed
Instead, I'm obsessing.
I just sent out my first e-mail as a Brownie Troop Leader. Including mine, ten girls. Saturday I participated in four hours of Leader Training. Monday, I'm sending in my registration for first aid and cpr - seven hours on a Saturday in November. I have a stack of material eight inches high. Background check is processing. About the only thing they didn't ask is if I had a blog.
What, exactly, have I gotten myself into...

The joys of working with kids ;)
I told you...you're nuts! LOL
omgoodness. My mom was a troop leader, I wonder if she went through all that back in 1977? I hope it's all worth it and is a great experience for you and DD!!
From your previous posts, it sounds like this is the perfect project to get your mind off drama. I loved Brownies. I still remember the coffee can decorated with contact paper that we got to take home when it was our turn to bring treats.
I got here from Denise. I was a girl scout for years, starting with Brownies. You are a brave brave woman. I also think you'll have a great time.
