Potty training.
Baby-o-mine has taken to sitting on the potty. Every time someone else goes, she demands to go. Standing there, she tries to pull down her pants. When that doesn't work, she points at the potty and grunts. I'm letting her - really, what else can I do? She hasn't 'done' anything yet, but soon enough...
Dreaming of a life without diapers. I've had a kid in diapers since January 1, 2000 - the day of Big Girl's birth.

Oh my gosh, poor you. I had a 5 1/2 year hiatus from diapers, and then had to dive back in again last year. I didn't miss them.
oh my gosh. that's a whole lotta diapers. to even see the light at the end of the tunnel is reason to raise a glass!!!
See now, I'm afraid of the whole "have to find a bathroom RIGHT NOW" thing. I kinda am liking diapers.
Renee - I don't know if I could have gone back after 5 1/2 years! ;)
Christina - I raise a glass almost nightly. Heh.
Queen - it really hasn't been that bad with the other two - we just make sure to go potty before leaving the house, and I know where most restrooms are. Also, I have one of those training pottys - the kind with the removable pail - just put a diaper in there, and if need be, they can climb in the back of the Suburban, go to the bathroom, and I wrap up the diaper with minimal mess.
She's still in diapers, though. I'm not pushing it, but if she wants to...

OMG... So not ready for this... Sorry to poke my nose in here, but I think I've just hit the jackpot of "mom-bloggers"... I've just launched a new blog - it's a self-help blog.
