Command Central

Once the kids come home from school, I spend a great deal of my time here:

On the far side of the island homework is overseen, petty disputes are solved, dinner is started and eventually finished. With the weather steadily improving, the kids are looking to spend more and more time outside. Well, the older kids.

Most afternoons I look out from my post, this is what I see:

Head turned down, all she needs is a steady supply of paper, crayons, scissors and glue.

What, oh what, will that brain come up with next?

Your kitchen is fabulous. I can see many happy hours there filled with love and laughter.

Baby girl is so cool. I love her.

Oh my goodness, that's the kitchen of dreams! I'd have a hard time deciding between being in there or in my sewing room... Wait, I think I'd set up my sewing machine on that HUGE island! GORGEOUS! I'm so happy for you that you have such a lovely home filled with beautiful healthy, happy children.
In post below re. Ok, I thought you went out to see PW, till I saw 3 acres... :) So glad you had a nice getaway, I know your friends loved having you! Back to sewing now, thanks for letting me visit! :)
