Last night, I managed to work myself up in such a state that I broke out in hives.

Yes. Hives. On my face.

They're mostly gone today, but I can still feel the itching. Took a Claritin, hope that helps.

It wasn't one thing that got to me, but a slew of them.

This morning I sat down and created a game plan for dealing with my 'stuff.'

It's a start...

Nightime is the worst time for anxiety. There is just no shutting it down because you're just depleted from the day.
