I'm "serious" this time

About ice cream. Again.

My friend Tree is looking for a good vanilla ice cream.

This one is the best.

Only thing - I strain it before putting it in the ice cream freezer.

As for the vanilla bean - costly but nothing compares. Simply split in in half the long way and scrape out the pulp. Put the pulp in the mix and it has those nice black flecks that scream "Real Vanilla."

I have a freezer that is electric, but still uses ice and rock salt. I'll have to look up the brand later.

Thanks, ma'am! I did splurge and buy the vanilla bean yesterday, but wanted to be sure I had a good recipe prior to using.
