A workout that flies ...Good job on the four miles! A workout that flies on the treadmill is a speed workout or even just altering the speed by 0.1 mph every X minutes. Sometimes, I do it every 30 sec! It sounds nuts, but it is good and the time flies and the miles go by quickly. I swear this is how I became a faster runner (well, you know, by my own standards). <BR/><BR/>Very cool on the purse and the fabrics! I cannot wait to hear what you do with it all. <BR/><BR/>I hear you on the mountains of laundry.
